CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders must be cancelled before 10am day of dispatch. A full refund will be credited, except if:-
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In the unlikely event your gift is damaged please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 131 755 or email creativegiftbaskets@xtra.co.nz so we can make arrangements for the return of the outer box with gift inside. Once gift returned we can send a replacement or refund of money. This will depend on the reason why the gift has not been accepted by receiver.
Orders over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Allow extra day for special occasions. Closed for Christmas Gift Baskets. Open again for delivery on 27th December.

Rural Delivery: Check address encase a Rural Delivery ticket is needed also. Takes extra 1-2 days for delivery. No Rural Deliveries on Saturdays.
