Auckland: Next Business Day $9.50
Orders in by 2 pm latest for weekdays for next-day delivery. Allow extra day for special gifts, e.g. birthdays.
Please note: Some parts of Greenhithe, Hobsonville, West Harbour, Pukekohe, Beachlands, Whitford, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa, Titirangi can come under rural delivery which will take an extra day. Check in case a rural ticket is needed.
North Island: Next Business Day $9.50

Saturday Delivery North Island: No Saturday at present.

Delivery Notes
Christmas Delivery:
Please request a delivery date when processing order. Please allow 2-3 days for order to be packed for dispatch as very busy time. Couriers can be delayed for NZ celebrations: Christmas,Fathers Day, Mothers Day. We want your Gift to arrive on time.
Hospital Delivery:
Please provide ward number and correct name (female patient might have checked in under their married name or maiden name). Please check with the hospital first, as often patient has checked out of the hospital by the time gift arrives. Flowers are delivered in Auckland Metropolitan areas only. Gifts shown on our website are unique to Creative Gift Baskets, Auckland and Taupo.
Apartments:
Some apartments are security coded, there is no access. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive the gift. A re-direction fee will apply if couriers need to go back to apartment again to deliver gift.
PO Box Nos:
Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO boxes unless the receiver has an arrangement with the local post office to hold their parcels for them for collection. Rural post boxes may be taken care of by Post Office for deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach places. Provide phone number of receiver encase contact necessary.
Incorrect Addresses:
Gift Boxes, Gift Baskets and Hampers, Auckland Metro, Wellington and rest of North Island overnight express. Dunedin, Christchurch and rest of South Island allow 2-3 days.
Creative Gift Baskets are based in Auckland and Tauranga.
